Binary Clock

A binary clock display time in binary format, usually have two column of lights for each time component (hour, minute and second).

Each component has about 4 rows, numbered from 1 upwards. The lowest row is the lowest bit and so on.

For example:

No 1st 2nd
8 0 0
4 0 0
2 1 0
1 0 1

If the two columns read as the above table, it is 0010 and 0001 means 2 and 1, so it reads 21.
