# Binary Clock

A binary clock display time in binary format, usually have two column of lights for each time component (hour, minute and second).

Each component has about 4 rows, numbered from 1 upwards. The lowest row is the lowest bit and so on.

For example:

No | 1st | 2nd |

8 | 0 | 0 |

4 | 0 | 0 |

2 | 1 | 0 |

1 | 0 | 1 |

If the two columns read as the above table, it is `0010`

and `0001`

means `2`

and `1`

, so it reads `21`

.
